How Many Passwords Do You Manage Every Day?
I only have to remember 1 password to manage my hundreds of accounts.
Email, GitHub, test and production database, test and production account, aws and more.
All have different strategies. 8, 10, 12 characters long, upper and lower characters, special characters.
And all must be different.
Impossible to remember them.
So, I store all them in a password management tool, such as Keepass, KeepassX or KeepassXC.
All protected by a master password, a single password.

Inside, I can organize them all by folders, with the username and URL associated.

When I need to add a new account, I can even generate passwords as complicated as wanted. Keepass has a password generator where I can choose the length and character used.

I prefer using a desktop application instead of a browser extension, as this way I have it available on my mobile phone or on my personal computer.
There are other password management tools based on the cloud, such as NordPass or 1Password, but those solutions are not free.
This is the first tool I install when I set up my laptop.
